Agreed... the colour and contrast really makes it. The sharpness of the ground in relation to the soft feathers almost makes it looks like an illustration rather than a photo. Nice.

Thanks alot.

Well I used alot of effect to produce this warm feeling within.

I increased the shadow and played a little bit with the contrast to enhance the brightness within & then i gave it a red effect to match the warm feeling.
