Ramadan Kareem everyone.

Just wanted to draw the attention of Documentaries' followers to watch a very informative program called: Ramadan and a City - رمضان ومدينة - on AlJazzera Documentary Channel. The program covers the rituals of Ramadan around the globe featuring different cities and varied cultures like; Andalusia, Tunisia, Gabon, Albania and South Africa. The program has a very simplified approach by going into Muslim houses, interviewing families and showing their costumes during the holy month. The program is an eye opener to all Muslims.

Photosecret [link] is an online community where anonymous people write their life secrets/feelings/activities/thoughts on a ready-made or hand-made postcard and send it to the website to be posted on the blog. It attracted a global attention from its very beginning in 2004. This is a collective sample of the ones I liked the most.

Phillip Toledano is a devoted photographer. Lately he released a new series of photographs called Days with My Father. Its a moving experience at a daily level with his aging father. The imagery is mesmerizing to a heart wrenching point.
